I keep this handy, so I can figure out What to Eat. Good options here, but I replace the "sugar-free" options with a piece of fruit, or mashed up banana or peaches (in place of sugar-free syrup, for example). If I'm starving, I grab the high-protein Cottage Cheese, and a half-cup of Applesauce. Good and Filling. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
