But often those views are not rooted in science and evidence. They’re rooted in personal beliefs and biases.⠀ .⠀ In terms of nutrition, you’ve probably scrolled your Instagram feed today and seen a ton of adverts pushing Keto or Intermittent Fasting as the miracle cure to all your problems.⠀ .⠀ But while those approaches work. They don’t work for everyone.⠀ .⠀ For me, the right approach is to be agnostic to the method and tailor it for the individual. For example, if you love bread, pasta, and cereal, then I’d be stupid to force a keto diet on you.⠀ .⠀ Biases and beliefs can be a hindrance. So beware. Focus on the results, the science, and what will help your long-term adherence.
